RE/MAX AI-Powered Sales Coaching & Platform
Problem
RE/MAX frequently onboards young, ambitious sales talent. However, rookies often lack the experience to handle high-stakes real estate calls effectively. Letting them "practice" on real leads risks burning valuable opportunities, while manual 1-on-1 coaching by senior brokers is time-consuming and unscalable.
The L&D department needed a way to provide consistent, high-quality feedback without bottlenecking senior management.
Solution
Leveraging our existing real estate AI architecture, we reverse-engineered our sales agent to create a "Gong-style" coaching platform. The system records calls, transcribes them, and analyzes key performance indicators: silence ratios, objection handling, sentiment, and script adherence. New agents can now self-evaluate immediately after a call.
The AI highlights specific moments for improvement (e.g., "You interrupted the client here" or "You missed a cross-selling signal"). This created a safe, automated feedback loop that accelerates onboarding.
