Problem

Real estate brokers are drowning in administrative chaos. They juggle thousands of "dead" leads in their database, face rising pressure from expensive portal subscriptions (ImmoScout24), and struggle with administrative backlog.

Existing solutions—external call centers or standalone AI tools—create friction because they require new logins, manual CSV exports, and complicated setups. Brokers simply want to press a button and have the work done within their existing ecosystem.

Solution

We developed Konsti.ai as a native integration living directly inside the Propstack and onOffice CRMs. Instead of a separate dashboard, brokers access the AI via a single "Connect" button. The system handles three core workflows:

  1. Database Reactivation: Automatically calls dormant leads to update search profiles and renew GDPR consent.

  2. Speed-to-Lead: Calls portal inquiries within 2 minutes to qualify financing and booking intent.

  3. No-Show Rescue: Acts as a receptionist to confirm appointments and rebook no-shows. The AI reads and writes directly to the CRM in real-time, requiring zero manual data transfer.
